Youth Athlete Performance Program

Build Stronger, Faster, More Confident Athletes

Our Youth Athlete Performance Program is designed for teens aged 12–16 who want to improve their strength, speed, movement, and overall athletic performance.

This is a structured strength and conditioning program focused on helping young athletes develop proper movement patterns, build confidence in the gym, and improve performance across all sports including soccer, netball, AFL, rugby, hockey, basketball, and more.

Whether your child is already involved in sport or simply looking to become stronger and more active, this program provides a supportive and coached environment to help them develop safely and effectively.

Sessions are designed specifically for growing teens, with a strong focus on technique, movement quality, and long-term athletic development.

Parents appreciate that it is a PT led session, small groups (max 12), supportive environment, and focus on early strength and good habit building.

Program Structure

Weekly Performance Session

Wednesdays – 6:15PM

Athletes take part in structured sessions that combine:

  • Strength training

  • Plyometric and power development

  • Speed and agility work

  • Conditioning and athletic performance training

Pay by Term only

$185 Per Participant

5% Sibling discount can be applied

First session is free as per trial basis
