Form First is a small group functional training program for high school students (ages 13–17)

It's ideal for newcomers to the gym, Teens looking for extra training or movement, and athletes preparing for pre-season in sports like football, netball, soccer and basketball.

  • Confidence to train anywhere - gym, school, or sport

  • Life long skills and habits

What They will Learn:

Parents appreciate that it is a PT led session, small groups (max 12), supportive environment, and focus on early strength and good habit building.

Every Wednesday 3:30pm

8 week blocks during school term

We only offer 12 spots to maintain coach to participant support

Pay by Term only

$185 Per Participant

5% Sibling discount can be applied

First session is free as per trial basis
