Epic Gym provides structured fitness sessions designed to support and enhance PDHPE, PASS, and school sports programs.
Our sessions give students real, hands-on experience in training, helping them build confidence, improve technique, and develop a better understanding of health and fitness.
Sessions can be delivered at your school or at our fully equipped gym facility.
Who It’s For
Designed for students in Years 7–12.
Suitable for all experience levels, from beginners to those already involved in sport or gym training.

What a Session Includes
Each session is structured to align with PDHPE and PASS curriculum outcomes.
Warm-Up (10–20 minutes)
Dynamic stretching, mobility work, movement preparation, and engaging warm-up activities.
Main Session (30–50 minutes)
Structured training adapted to your facilities:
• Gym-based resistance and conditioning circuits
• Bodyweight and banded training options
• Fitness-focused formats such as circuits, AMRAPs, and team-based challenges
Cool-Down (5–10 minutes)
Guided stretching tailored to the session.
Q&A (5–10 minutes)
Students can ask questions around training, health, and fitness.

All sessions are run by qualified Personal Trainers who hold current First Aid and Working With Children Check (WWCC) certifications.

Sessions run during school hours:
Monday to Friday
11:00am – 3:30pm
Session blocks typically run for 90–120 minutes.
