At Epic Gym, We have created a space where you are free to feel safe, supported and encouraged both by our coaches and our members.
Not only are our group training classes filled with a variety of workouts that will improve your strength, endurance and fitness but improve the appreciation of what your body can do and achieve.
We are massive advocates of teaching great technique in every single session and are keen to help you master your nutrition to support your training. We cater for both beginners who have never trained before all the way to advanced individuals who have trained for years. Our Coaches are all qualified Personal trainers who can scale your session to suit your needs.

I have definitely noticed each week being able to up the weights and have increased in strength, the more I do it the less fatigue my muscles feel and I’m not as sore after doing a few of these week after week. Love the variety and the arvo sessions work well with my scheldule lately so having that option ensures I stay on track and don’t miss out.
