Join our new Strength Specific afternoon Sessions

Our afternoon sessions will look different to our morning session. They will consist of 12-week blocks with four weekly program variations focused on muscle and strength development, separate from the morning sessions. The schedule will be:

  • Monday: Pull Strength

  • Tuesday: Base Strength

  • Wednesday: Push Strength

  • Thursday: Total Strength

This variation in the afternoon is designed to help you build strength, build muscle that shapes your body, to give you the tools to achieve your desired results.

    Pilates is the perfect class for all levels of fitness and strength. whether you are incorporating an active recovery day or looking for a low impact but effective alternative.

  • Sporting & School Group

    We provide in gym services for sports teams during rainouts, offering classes focused on functional training and cardiovascular fitness tailored to all sports. We also offer group fitness sessions both in local schools and in our gym.
